How much do items cost in Guatemala; clothing, shampoo, toys, etc. in quetzals or dollars.?

I am trying to find out how much quetzals a person would have to spend in Guatemala to purchase clothes, blankets, food, shampoo, dishes, any personal or household items. Either in quetzals or US$.How much do items cost in Guatemala; clothing, shampoo, toys, etc. in quetzals or dollars.?
The first answer breaks it down pretty accurately, but I would add that Toys and Ceral are much more expensive there than in the U.S. Produce and veggies are very cheap, but anything you are used to having in the U.S., will be much more expensive. It all depends on how much you want to alter your diet. If you want to eat the same as you do here in the U.S., you can expect to spend about $75.00, but if you alter your diet a little, the first person was accurate at about $30.00.How much do items cost in Guatemala; clothing, shampoo, toys, etc. in quetzals or dollars.?
The price for health items is slightly lower than in the US, clothes, on the other hand, are a little higher, since the brand names either have to be imported or brought in from home. Food is probably a little less expensive than in the US, but expect to pay more for brands the come from the US. It's difficult to put a figure to the question, but for a week's worth of food, clothing and toiletries, one can expect to spend about $30.00 USD, Approx. Q230.00 Quetzales. The exchange rate is about Q7.70 to $1.00.
